Triage and work cases under compartmentation

How the responder console works

  1. Sign in with the token you received at init — never your name.
  2. Load the triage queue to see the cases your team is routed. Compartmentation means you only see your slice.
  3. Route a case by its code to the right team when it isn't yours to work.
  4. Open a case to read it and reply to the reporter. Use Quick exit (top right) any time you need to leave fast.
